Avoiding the pain of an AHPRA investigation On average, around 6% of Queensland dentists are going to have a patient complain to Ahpra each year about their dental treatment. The process of investigation by Ahpra and responding to the patient’s notification can be a very stressful and painful time for the dentist. This lecture will explain what the most common issues are that patients complain to the regulator about, and what you can do within your practice to minimise the chances of a patient complaint becoming an AHPRA notification.
