I’m Worn Out: A Contemporary Approach to Oral Rehabilitation

I’m Worn Out: A Contemporary Approach to Oral Rehabilitation
This REGIONAL lecture is designed for dentists.

Course Overview

A few decades ago choices were simpler - crown or filling. With the advances in dental adhesion and contemporary ceramics an additive approach is fast becoming that standard of care to restore lost tooth structure. This lecture will look at one prosthodontists philosophy in restoring the worn and depleted dentition.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will learn:

  • View a variety of techniques and materials to restore teeth in a conformative manner
  • Contrast of direct and indirect techniques to open the occluso-vertical dimension
  • Contrast conventional and digital workflows to oral rehabilitation
  • Working examples of how a coordinated multidisciplinary approach can optimise patient outcomes.
