Mark O’Flynn is the Managing Director and Principal Adviser at Oxlade Financial. He has been in the industry since 2005, and has been practicing as an Independent Advisor since 2015.

Mark was recognised as the Financial Advice Association Australia’s Certified Financial Planner® Professional of the Year in 2025. He was also recognised as one of the 50 most influential Financial Advisers in Australia in Financial Standards’ 2023 and 2024 FS Power50 Awards, and has been shortlisted for numerous other awards, including the ifa Excellence Awards, FPA Awards, Money Management Awards, PlanPlus Global Financial Planning Awards and the SMSF & Accounting Awards.

Mark established Oxlade Financial in 2022 as a proudly independent and people-first boutique financial advice firm. Mark is driven to simplify financial advice, optimise his clients’ goals and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. His extensive qualifications and experiences are coupled with a true passion for helping his clients to truly enjoy their money, not just accumulate it.

Mark is a qualified Certified Financial Planner® and Chartered Financial Analyst®, holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting), and has a Diploma in Financial Planning.
