The Sub-Branch meeting is an opportunity for you to connect with your local dental community and enjoy a CPD presentation on Beyond Dentistry by Julia Riese.

For over a decade, I watched gifted dental practice owners and operators feel the spark of their passion dim under the weight of operational stress.

Presenter biography

Julia Riese

I started Bright & Bold Consulting and wrote Beyond Dentistry not just to fix problems, but to reignite that spark. My work is inspired by a simple belief I learned in my eight years as a soccer coach and ten years leading large scale teams in dentistry: a team of talented individuals only becomes a championship team when they have a powerful strategy and goals that drive them and let their talent shine.

My "4 Pillars" framework is that strategy. It’s the result of my Master's in Business and my hands-on experience as the Group Director of Operations for a 20-location dental group. By implementing this system, my team and I achieved transformative results - we built a network of dental practices that allowed our clinicians to thrive.

Through my consulting work, I don't just offer a business plan; I partner with you to create a future where your practice is a true reflection of your vision - a business that is not only highly profitable but a source of joy and pride, allowing you to serve your patients and your team at the highest level.
