Registrations

To purchase the Recent Graduate Bundle please fill out the Course Selection Form. You will be contacted by ADAQ CPD & Events Team to confirm your course selection and take payment. 

DO NOT register for the courses individually, as you will not receive the bundle discount.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ADAQ CPD BUNDLE

ADAQ’s Events Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of ADAQ CPD Bundle. To the extent of any inconsistencies, the following terms will prevail.

- The ADAQ 5 Year Post Graduation CPD Bundle Special Pricing is only available for purchase by ADAQ Members who graduated from their Undergraduate Degree in 2018 - 2020.
- The ADAQ 1st & 2nd Year Recent Graduate CPD Bundle Special Pricing is only available for purchase by ADAQ Members who graduated from their Undergraduate Degree in 2021 - 2022.
- The ADAQ CPD Bundle course is open for Registration until all places are filled. 
- After this date, delegates who Register to attend these courses will be required to pay the full advertised price for each event.
- Event Registration is processed once a delegate confirms their course selections via the Course Selection Form.
- Only one ADAQ CPD Bundle can be purchased per ADAQ Member, this includes previous Recent Graduate Bundles.

ADAQ MEMBERSHIP
- Any ADAQ member discounted event Registration is conditional upon the delegate’s financial membership with ADAQ.
- If ADAQ financial membership lapses prior to a delegate’s attendance at an ADAQ event purchased at a discounted price, then event Registration will be cancelled pending receipt of any outstanding ADAQ membership fees due and payable to ADAQ by the delegate. 
- If a delegate does not reinstate their ADAQ financial membership by no later than 3 days before the event, the delegate may be required to pay the full non-member price to restore their event Registration.

CHANGES TO REGISTRATION
- ADAQ’s Transfers of Registration Policy applies to all ADAQ events. To the extent of any inconsistencies, the following terms will prevail.
- Course Registrations made under The ADAQ CPD Bundle are not transferable to a substitute attendee. 
- Cancellation and transfer requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., sudden illness or injury), will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the CPD Manager. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- ADAQ’s Event Cancellation Policy applies to all ADAQ events.
