Course Overview
Have you ever looked on in envy at machined crown preparations in lectures and textbooks and thought “I wonder how they do that”?
If so, this course is for you!
Dr Lewis will share his experience, techniques and recommended tooling to produce superb crown preparations that will be the envy of your colleagues. He will also show how good posture and coordinated assistance can reduce wear and tear your back and neck, and increase your enjoyment of dentistry.
As this is an intensive practical course spaces are limited.

Presenter biography
Adj. Prof. Michael Lewis
BDS (Hons) DClinDent (Pros) MRACDS (Pros) FPFA
Dr. Michael Lewis registered as a general dentist in 2003 graduating with honours and completed his Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics at the University of Sydney in 2010. In 2010 he passed the MRACDS for the Royal Australasian College of Dentists by examination. He is the proud recipient of the John H Wilson prize for Proficiency in Prosthodontics and the Campbell Harry Graham prize in Prosthetic Dentistry. He has special interests in interdisciplinary care, microscope dentistry and digital dentistry.
In 2013 Michael relocated to Queensland, where he works in full time private practice. He is a proud father of two girls and enjoys cooking and acting.
