Stress Management and the Member Assistance Program

This presentation will focus on ways to manage stress and maintain wellbeing in the midst of today’s often hectic lifestyles. With a culture of busyness and feeling stressed being so prevalent in our lives, this presentation will provide strategies to build capacity to manage stress more effectively and it will also provide ideas that can be readily implemented to improve resiliency and overall wellbeing. In addition, the presentation will introduce members to the new ADAQ Member Assistance Program (MAP), what it encompasses, and how to navigate the informative and interactive member wellness portal.
