During the COVID-19 period, many of us have experienced heightened levels of uncertainty and disruption to life as we know it. It is normal to feel fear and stress. This webinar assists participants to understand common reactions in yourself and others during the pandemic. The presentation will also provide strategies for managing feelings of stress, anxiety, or distress and to regain control during this period of uncertainty.
