Larissa has over 18 years of experience in the dental profession and is a registered Oral Health Therapist. In addition to her Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy, Larissa holds a Master of Health Management, with a background in Healthcare Law and Ethics.

At ADAQ, Larissa manages the ADAQ Compliance & Advisory Services team and assists dental practitioners with insurance claims, regulatory complaints (Ahpra, OHO, QCAT), health fund audits, regulatory requirements and patient complaints. Her clinical understanding of dentistry, first-hand experience in patient management and deep understanding of regulatory bodies makes her an incredible asset to ADAQ.

Eleanor Gilmore   

Member Advisor, Compliance & Advisory Services 

Eleanor graduated from a Master of Public Health in 2021. She has experience as a dental assistant and, prior to her focus on the health field, focused on Asian language studies where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2019. She combines her knowledge in the areas of intercultural communication and public health to support dental professionals in their field.

At ADAQ, Eleanor assists members with insurance claims, regulatory complaints (Ahpra, OHO, QCAT), health fund audits, regulatory requirements and managing patient complaints. 

Zoe Bryant   

Member Advisor, Compliance & Advisory Services  

Zoe has over seven years of experience working in the dental industry in various roles. Starting as a trainee dental assistant in 2010 and completing her Certificate III in Dental Assisting, she progressed into various roles including practice management and periodontal treatment coordination as well as working as a dental health care sales representative. Zoe has most recently worked as a Senior Paralegal for two years, where she built a wealth of knowledge in legislative compliance and regulatory bodies.

At ADAQ, Zoe combines her dental and legal experience to assist members with insurance claims, regulatory complaints (Ahpra, OHO, QCAT), health fund audits, regulatory requirements and managing patient complaints.
