  • Open Settings: Swipe down from the top of your screen and tap the gear icon.
  • Apps & Notifications: Scroll down and select "Apps" or "Apps & Notifications."
  • Select the App: Find and tap the app you want to manage notifications for.
  • Notifications: Tap on "Notifications" or "App Notifications."
  • Enable Notifications: Toggle the switch to the ON position to enable notifications.

    What is a digital membership card?

    A digital membership card is an electronic version of a traditional membership card, that allows you to access your Member benefits and resources through a digital device, such as your smartphone or tablet. Once added to your smartphone’s digital wallet, you can access services, resources and updates anywhere at any time. With a digital membership card, you can easily show you are a Member of ADAQ to access special discounts and promotions and other member benefits. You can also receive instant updates through push-notifications. This card is another way to connect with ADAQ.

    How do I install my ADAQ Digital Membership Card? 

    Your ADAQ Digital Membership Card can be installed on iPhone and Android smartphones easily.

    Once you receive your unique link, click on the link to download your card.

    How do I access my ADAQ Digital Membership Card once it is installed?

    On your device, go to your “Wallet”. Your ADAQ Digital Membership Card will be there. 

    How do I add my photo to my Digital Membership card?

    Go to the ADAQ website and login, click on MY ACCOUNT to Access My Portal, click on the edit pencil next to the camera picture and upload your picture (A picture you would put on something like LinkedIn)

    How do I access the back of my Digital Membership Card?

    Access the back of the card by tapping on the symbol on the bottom right.

    How can I see updates from ADAQ?

    Please go to your phone settings, click Notifications, App Notifications and click button next to your wallet app to allow notifications.
    Updates and notifications from ADAQ will show on the back of your digital membership card. For more information to access back please click on How do I access the back of my Digital Membership Card. To go back to front of your card – please click on ‘DONE’ at top of card.
