Why should I renew?
ADAQ is here for you. We provide essential resources and services for Members and engage with government, stakeholders and the community on your behalf to ensure we are the preferred and trusted source of knowledge and information about oral health and clinical practice in Queensland.

How much is ADAQ Membership?
There are a range of ADAQ Membership categories available, please click here to view the categories and prices.

How do I renew? 
We’ve sent all current Members an email, with a link to renew for you. If you cannot find that email, please click here. We have included instructional videos that steps you through the renewal process (view further down). 

  • Login with your username & password (if you do not remember your password, click forgot password)
  • If you choose to pay by credit card, click 'Pay by Credit card'. Fill out the payment details and click Submit Order
  • If you choose to pay by BPAY, please login to your internet banking and use the details displayed in your member portal
  • You will receive an email with your tax invoice
  • We will notify you when your new membership certificate is ready

Payment Options


This year ADAQ is offering members two payment options for membership:

Option 1 - Pay in full
Option 2 - Quarterly payments (must submit a new direct debit form    to [email protected])

Is there any benefit for me to pay in full?

Yes! If you choose to pay in full prior to 30 June 2023 then you can claim your membership (and insurance renewal) as a tax deduction in your 2022-2023 tax return. Alternatively, you will need to wait until the following years tax return.   

Can I pay quarterly?
Yes, ADAQ is offering Membership payments quarterly. When you go to renew online, select quarterly payments. Fill in the direct debit form  and return to [email protected]

Does the Early Bird discount apply to my quarterly payments?
Yes. ADAQ is offering a 10% Early Bird discount on the ADAQ membership fee, if you renew before 15 June 2023, 11:59pm. When you go to renew online, select quarterly payments. Fill in the direct debit form  and return to [email protected].Your first payment will be reduced by the full amount of the discount applicable to you.

What is the Early Bird discount?
ADAQ is offering a 10% Early Bird discount on the ADAQ membership fee, if you renew before 15 June 2023, 11:59pm. Your membership fee will also display the ADA Federal fees, which are unfortunately not discounted.

The Early Bird Offer applies automatically to your ADAQ membership fees. You do not need a promotion code.

Can I pay both my membership and insurance quarterly?
Unfortunately, we can't offer quarterly payments for your insurance premiums. Therefore, by 30 June, 2023 you will be required to pay your insurance premium in full but only a quarter of your ADA/ADAQ Membership subscription.

What dates will my payments for quarterly Membership be taken?

Quarterly payments will be taken on or around the following dates.

  1. Thursday 29 June 2023
  2. Thursday 28 September 2023
  3. Thursday 4 January 2024
  4. Friday 28 March 2024

Am I charged an administration fee for choosing quarterly? 
No, you will not be charged an administration fee.

What are my payment options for membership?

  • Credit card – pay your fees in full by using your credit card online (no fees apply)
  • BPAY – Access your invoice to access the BPAY reference number
  • EFT – Access your invoice to see ADAQ’s bank details

Accessing Certificates and Invoices

How do I download my tax invoice?

  • Visit the ADAQ website
  • Login to your Member portal
  • Click on my payments tab and your current tax invoice is available to be downloaded.

How do I access my 2022-2023 Membership certificate?
To access your certificate, you will need to follow the renewal process and nominate your preferred payment option. Once completed, your certificate will be available within 3 business days via your Member portal.

How do I access my 2021-2022 Membership certificate?
Previous membership certificates are unable to remain in your Member Portal, if you would like to request a copy of a previous Membership certificate, please email [email protected].

How do I access my 2022-2023 Insurance certificate?
To access your certificate, you will need to follow the renewal process and nominate your preferred payment option. Once completed, your certificate will be available within 3 business days via your Member portal.

How do I access my 2021-2022 Insurance certificate?
Previous insurance certificates are unable to remain in your Member Portal, if you would like to request a copy of a previous Insurance certificate, please email [email protected].

My situation has changed, how do I change my Membership and/or insurance category?
Please email our Membership team ([email protected]) to update your status.

Does ADAQ offer parental leave Membership?
Yes, we do. Please contact our Membership team ([email protected]) for information on how to access this category.
